Bought 4 used tires here. 2 out of 4 tires have now ended up slanted with a flat side. I donโt drive very often at all. But because I didnโt come back before the 15 days they refused to acknowledge their mistakes and blamed me for it instead. They claimed I hit a pothole and thatโs why my tire had a complete flatten side. I didnโt hit any potholes though. On top of that 2 out of the 4 tires are dry rotted. They coat the tires in some oil type stuff to make it look good but they were not. I spent 300$ on these tires only for them to screw me over. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

I had a very bad experience at Kekeโs Tires - Used Tires - Llantas Usadas. First off, the staff came off condescending, explaining basic things about my car that I already knew instead of actually listening to what I came in for. I was there to get new wheels installed and an alignment, but then they tried to overcharge me ($40 per tire when previously was quoted $25), which didnโt sit right. What really made me leave was how unprofessional and unsafe everything felt. While they were working, there was a lot of unnecessary commotion. One person was literally eating pizza while jacking up my car, which already looked careless. Then I saw another situation where a car wasnโt properly securedโthe parking brake wasnโt set, and the vehicle started rolling backward while it was lifted on a jack. It almost hit my boyfriendโs car. Thatโs a serious safety issue. At that point, I told them to stop, put my car down, and give me my tires back. There are way too many tire shops out here to deal with a place that clearly doesnโt prioritize safety, professionalism, or customer property. I would not recommend this shop.

I called the store to get a spare tire for my other truck. A gentleman quoted me $65 . I told him my son was on the way to get the tire fixed. My son got there he was charged at $85 . The guy said first come first serve which he did not mention on the phone . I donโt live in Raleigh. . so when my son got there as they was putting the tire on the rim Find out it was bent instead of telling the customer (my son ) that the rim was bent. If I want to proceed? He put the tire on there anyway and then brought the tire to him and said oh your rim is bent . my father running a towing service, before his passing . So I know you can stop before and in the middle of putting that tire on . I have plenty of rims. I could have went and got another rim. If not, just got the tire and put the tire on there when we got home because we do own a tire machine I just needed a tire. This is bad customer service. You just did something to make money not worry about the customer of keeping a customer happy and there needs to make them come back . You just did it just to make money. I just call 3 days before this to get tires for my jeep . Those tires run about 1900 to 2300 a set . The lady said t

They have the most down to the earth, humble and hard working people. I went there and got 4 tires replaced with a good deal, after we talked they just jumped in to the work very quickly and provided efficient service with no extra useless talk but get work done in 25 minutes. If you need tire service, go here and get it done quick and nice.
